I've never been so proud to be a part of the Lynah faithful.  When the teams were introduced I looked around and realized almost every section other than 121, 118 and the Pep Band was cheering for UNH (or should I say UHN?! ::laugh:: ).  We had to have been outnumbered 10 to 1.  We never let their deafening and oh so creative U N H, U N H, U N H go without a response, and stood by the boys to the very end (thank you to whoever started the Thank You Seniors chant).  And thank you to whoever started the Canadian National Anthem (Pep Band?) on Saturday and to all of us who continued the tradition on Sunday.  We showed those bastards what real hockey fans are all about (maybe the QU fans learned something, man those yellow shirts were horrible!).  I've never been exposed to Maine's chants before, but honestly, GOOOO BLUE! , give me a break.

I could go into the game, and I might later, but we all saw it.  Cornell played tremendously, there was some sketchy officiating, and an apparently phantom off-side and icing, that's all I have to say about that at the moment.  National respect has got to be there now, if I want to find a silver lining.

So thanks everyone, it was a great time.  By the way, I was sitting right next to Murray's aunt and uncle and they didn't say anything about Doug leaving next year when we asked them, not that that means anything.

How can you keep everybody happy?  Keep winning. -Schafer
