Well, that's my theory at least.  ::idea:: CSTV and USCHO are part of his CIA cover.  He even let it slip in his current article http://www.uscho.com/news/2004/12/22_009448.php  that he has a network of spies and watchers, watching and spying and reporting their findings to their Boss.   ::worry::
