(OT) Sports Guy Does Hockey

I know I've had conversations with people where we thought basketball should take a hockey-like approach to penalties: creating "power plays," rather than foul shots... were some of those conversations with posters here (I'm going senile early)?  Either way, it excites me that the Sports Guy agrees!
