... had a chance to beat Harvard tonight, up 2-0 in the third.  Final:  3-2 Harvard.  Grrr.... :-(

Were you at the game?  If not, I have no sympathy for you! ;-)

It was an ugly, slow, silent game that was painful to watch.  The short story:  Union sat back once they were lucky enough to go up 2-0.  Harvard no longer was disrupted on offense and tallied three straight goals.  Union's goalie stood on his head, diving head first and kick-sliding all over his goal, as Harvard had something like 50 shots!  Union was dreadfully undersized and were just bouncing off of the Harvard players.  The refs called the game very tight and as a result, it seemed like only the third period had a majority of the time be even strength hockey.
