Another Big Ten hockey program?

Chicago Tribune reports on a study has been released advocating for University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to add a varsity ice hockey team, bumping up the number of Big Ten schools with hockey.  The paper's sarcastic sports columnist is not so enthusiastic.
