The Cornell Administration has been on board as a partner with the You Can Play Project from the beginning. The Public Service Announcements Cornell has produced were well worth the wait.

Football???  As an Ivy League school we won a national championship in football?  When did I miss that?  Maybe they meant Lacrosse.

Well, OK...  The blurb says "The Ivy League school"  - that team 90 years ago or so predated the Ivy League by about 24 years. What have they done for me lately?

Brown forward Kaitlyn Keon posed for this great photo at Lynah Rink on Saturday. In case you were wondering, Dave Keon is her grandfather.

Quote from: cbuckserIt's true. A lot has changed in 90 seasons.

There's a beautiful room on the upper floor of Friends Hall (attached to Schoellkopf Memorial Hall) overlooking the field with wonderful exhibits which display many historical relics of Cornell Football. Near the entrance is a display case with five trophies that were mocked up to resemble the recognizable shape of NCAA trophies, representing our five National Championship teams. I really like that treatment.  It honors the accomplishments, yet doesn't deny that it was part of a different era.
