Cornell only has an agreement with TWC to be able to stream video on their televised games.

When CBS college sports covers the game, so such agreement exists, CBS TV owns the video rights and redcast video is blacked out.

I gotta say that with the camera consistently being behind the play, I sometimes thought I was watching Redcast (except for the picture quality, of course).
