Yeah, but it's not unreasonable to expect some level of respectability in that league.  The fact that former laughingstocks UMass-Amherst, Northeastern, and Merrimack this year (I repeat...Merrimack) have made NCAA appearances in the last 4 years.  I don't think PC's administration is expecting Leaman to transform them into the dominant Hockey East team, but to become ranked nationally and jockey for at-large bids regularly.  That'd be a step up from where that program is now.
