Ivy Basketball Uniforms

I've noticed over the last few years that in conference play Ivy teams sometimes wear whites and other times wear colored uniforms for home games. Does anyone know if this follows some formula, is it home team's choice, or what?

Road teams always wear whites on Saturday in the Ivies- supposedly its because they don't have time to wash the road uniforms in between the Friday and Saturday games.
