I am hearing that Saturday's game against Columbia (in Ithaca), will be on Channel 198 for NYC Time Warner Subscribers.

No surprises, but at least it is now official.

It has not been officially released, but we are posting a projected men's hoops schedule on The Cornell Basketball Blog.

I apologize in advance, but over on The Cornell Basketball Blog, we've posted about two dozen links to articles in the last week covering Cornell basketball recruit, Errick Peck.

For those who don't know, Peck was voted MVP last night of the Indiana-Kentucky All Star Game.

Playing in a game with Kentucky, Indiana, NC State, Georgetown, and Purdue recruits, it was Peck who outshined them all, finishing with 16 points, 12 boards and 3 blocks.

Peck also led his team in scoring in both of their warm-up exhibition games against the Indiana Junior All Stars.

He is 6'6", about 220 lbs, and can jump out of the building.  Good recruit for a program that is not going away.

Here is a link to a pair of articles about Errick Peck's performance to date with the Indiana All-Star team.  He will be a freshman at Cornell next season.

In addition to Kansas, Syracuse, Seton Hall, Alabama, St. Joe's and La Salle, you can now add UMass to the 2009-2010 schedule with more big names still yet to be announced!
