That's exactly the argument I used to the DirecTV dudes.  It all worked out great, but changing temporarily to the NY stations totally messed up my Tivo recordings of the Olympics, and my wife's recording of American Idol (got in trouble for that ::doh:

Figured it out.  For SNY, they blackout zip codes not in NY, NJ, CT and northern PA.

Called up DirecTV and changed my effective zip code to ... 14850!!!!

Set to watch the game now!

I checked DirecTV - it appears in my area (DC) it's blacked out unfortunately. I have the Sports Pack too.

Anyone know whether it's only available in NY via DirecTV?

Hobey Baker Rink is a great place to watch hockey - not a bad seat in the whole place...

Our group is trying to decide where to go before and after the game.  Either the Alchemist & Barrister or Triumph Brew Pub...both of which have great beer.  maybe we'll hit both ::drunk::

had audio and video for a bit - now have a blank screen. At least they didn't charge the $20 - it turned out to be only 8.

got a reply from B2 networks support - they are working on the audio problem

did the consolation game go into OT?  they seem to still be Zamboni-ing at the moment

I'm in the same boat as you.  The B2 networks site is extremely unhelpful.  I also emailed their support but haven't received a reply yet.

I was at the game last night.  That guys is a serious drama queen.
