It is nice the NHL network picked up the games.  Now I can only hope that the picture is truly in HD.

Great game

This game was a little  hard to take since it went 3ots.  Hopefully none of the non-seniors leave, but I have a feeling we can see Pok, McKee, and OB leaving.  The little I read it seems that our incoming freshmen are pretty good.  Does anyone know who we are playing next year?  Also where are we going to play games while Lynah gets renovated?

From the Post Game thread.

Now onto Wisconsin. From what I heard Wisconsin plays a similar style of play to us. Wisconsin plays the trap, and waits for errand passes and capitilizes on the other teams mistakes. Wisconsin will be a hard team to comeback on, so I think scoring first is critical for our success tomorrow. I knew Wisconsin gets better recruits, but I don't know how long they have been playing this defensive system. If it is the first year, we should be able to break down the trap by long passes. Besides this I don't know much about the Badgers, except Elliot is supoosedly an exceptional goalie.

Very similar team to us, but with supposedly better players.  Defensive stylesm, Us-Left Wing Lock, Wisco (Trap) similar to the Devils if you watch them play.  Trap is effective unless you are patient.  Dump and chase will be our best option in this game.  I dont know much about there D-men, but I doubt they match up size-wise with our forwards.  This is where I think we will win the game.  If we dump and win the battle in the corners, we should tire out there Dmen and hopefully open up opportunities in the 3rd period.  I am predicting the first team to 2 will win it.

This was a nice win.  CU and CC have contrasting styles and usually the defensive team wins.  I knew the CC PP would give our PKers trouble.  Sertich and Sterling are to good of players to allow the kind of room they get on the PP.  This showed up with Sertich? getting 2 assists and Sterling had one too.  This game, we minimized our dumb penalties, after the 1st, and we took the game to CC.  CC seemed tired at the end of the game.  If we use our size advantage we should tire out most of the teams left in the tourney by the 3rd period.

Well only 1 of the 4 teams (MN, NH, MSU, Harvard) I wanted Cornell to play is left.  Tomorrow should be an exciting game to watch, I predict the first team to 2 wins this one.

We didnt need that icing

Looks like we are tiring them down.  I think this bodes well for us for the rest of the game

Finally we are picking up our play

Score here we got a game, dont I think our inept offense is going to catch up with us
#9
We need this goal

We still got 2 periods, plenty of time to get back into it.  If we can get to the front of their net, I would imagine we will get several PPs.

CC has probably the best PP in the country.  You had to know not to take penalties going into this we could not take penalties

I think Harvard has a pretty favorable draw, but I am rooting for MSU to make the Frozen Four.

Can we pull Clarkson RPI up enough if we win the ECACs to make them a TUC.  RPI is based on 25% winning percentage, 50% opponent winning percentage, and 25% opponent-opponent winning percentage.  Since we have played Clarkson 4 times, we might be able to pull them up the 0.0003 points to make them a TUC.
