No knock on Jan, but he started due to suspensions and injuries to Cornell's starters.  Additionally, he was a junior last season, so the start wasn't for sentimental reasons as your post implies.  Schafer plays his best available players.

Ari,

Have you become so lonely that you're replying to your own posts and starting ficticious arguments with yourself?  I daresay that Faithful07 and yourself seem to be psting from some awfully similar ip addresses.  Then again, what do I know?

Tea anyone?

The main issue, from what I've heard out of athletics in the past, is that to be issued credentials for sporting events a site/paper/publication has to have a legit and unbiased editorial board.

Chabot has been on the bench because he has a problem controlling his rebounds.  Until he can improve in that area, and McKee craps the bed, he probably won't see much ice time.

Have to agree with jerseygirl ... those guys work extremely hard.  Also, Jeremy Hartigan, the new SID appears to be ahead of last year's schedule in terms of media guide production, with most 04-05 guides coming out much sooner than their 03-04 counterparts.  That includes the "lesser" sports, which -- despite the love and bias on this site -- deserve just as much coverage as men's ice hockey.

It's Moulson is best when he's moving his feet.  Not hitting people.

Actually editors do get paid for their time at the paper.  Albeit J Schaap made around $10,000 and the current sports editors make around $500 due to a decrease in national advertising, but they still get paid for their time.
