While I can't say for sure about your specific donation or who your thank you letter was from, I can say as the Pep Band Manager that any donations specifically earmarked for the "Pep Band" or "Big Red Pep Band" will go directly to us. Should a donation be earmarked for the "Big Red Band" or something similar without saying "Pep," it will be given to the Marching Band rather than us. Despite consisting of most of the same members, we are considered two independent organizations.
