Has anyone else besides Jim and Aaron gotten their tickets mailed to them yet? Just wondering if I should be concerned that no envelope has appeared in my mailbox yet.

Quote from: Jim HylaOk, I need help. I'm bringing down a couple of SU grads for the game tonight. We'd like to eat somwhere convenient to get to the rink, where we can watch the beginning of the SU-ND basketball game. It starts at 6 PM, so I figure we can see the first half-hour, or so, of their game. So food, convience, and TV with SU bball ae the requirements. Any suggestions?
Chapter House.

The Chapter House hasn't served food in a really long time. Or is my sarcasm filter just busted?

Hockey / Re: Pre-game MSG

The Red Hot Hockey twitter account and Facebook page (run by the same person, I think) say that the Stanley Cup is making an appearance at a Cornell pre-game event at the Club Bar and Grill at MSG from 6-7. The alumni page doesn't have anything at that location listed and Google is turning up nothing.

The CHA website says there is no Cornell sponsored pre-game event due to renovations at MSG.

Anybody know anything about this?

Quote from: MattShafLooks like the scalpers have finally caught on as almost all tickets are sold out already and sites like stubhub are flooded with tix at significant markup. ::worry::

As of yesterday the Cornell Club still had tickets in their block.

And just now there appear to be plenty in the BU section available on Ticketmaster. Based on 2 years ago, there are plenty of Cornell fans in the BU sections.

Looks like buying through the Cornell ticket office shouldn't be a problem. Just got an IM from my dad who called this AM to ask about whether they would be going to a lottery or not.

According to Gene in the ticket office demand for hockey tickets is relatively low and so Cornell should get as many tickets as they need to fill their demand, according to the TUC ticket office. So if you faxed in a form to Cornell you should be getting your tickets.

The latest ticket info is here cornellbigred.com.

On sale at noon tomorrow, 400 tickets, section 118, and a lottery form will be available sometime tonight for if demand exceeds their allotment of tickets.
