Is it normal on Ivy League network, (only thing I have available where I am), to have nothing but a Harvard logo streaming this close to game time?

Is it normal for the ivy league network to just have a picture of an H with no sound this close to the game. The announcers appeared for a moment then disappeared. It took me much of the afternoon to get the archives videos working. Alas, I can't access ESPN3 as that has become a paid option via cable or high speed subscribers.

Anyone know why Cornell BC game is not appearing on Ivy Digital Network? Game was supposed to start at 4:00 Ivy's schedule of games lists it as "live" but all that appears is a green screen with the legend "The Game Will Start Soon."
