Whatever this is, it isn't "political correctness." And don't get me started on what a bullshit controversy political correctness itself was.

Well whatever you want to call it, it doesnt really matter. I dont have a good name for it but I think the movie Fight Club captures this trend perfectly.

According to the athletics site "Cornell's last win against an SEC team came in 1972-73 when it defeated Arkansas, 78-77, in the first round of the Razorbacks's own invitational in Fayetteville, Ark"

This was on ESPN, it mentions that Georgia got a $236,000 grant to put in a surveillance system to watch fans and that 3 dozen schools added a texting system to ask for help like North Dakota did.

Anyone know if the chance of getting caught throwing fish is higher or lower in section O or N than in the student sections?

I found out that you will also be able to buy just a ticket for $20 which is what Syracuse charges directly but you would be in the Cornell section.

There will be an event website up in the next 24-48 hours, where you will be able to purchase either the ticket, or entire package, directly online.  There will also be points of sale on campus, at locations to be determined within the next 24 hours.

The attached flyer for a bus trip to the Cornell-Syracuse basketball game was posted in the stands at the Red/White game. I am not running this and dont know who is but I figured I would spread the word.

Edit: I removed the flyer because this looks like it is a scam. The guy seems to have no affiliation with Cornell or the athletics department and the website he pointed me to is registered to some guy in LA. The whole thing looks real fishy.

Yeah unfortunately the basketball team will also be playing at home against Penn and Princeton that weekend. They really poorly scheduled basketball and hockey this year since there are 5 home games conflicts.
Sections E and F are general admission this year (no assigned seats). I kind of like the idea ... it will be interesting to see how it works out.
So does that mean there are no season tickets for E/F because I thought in the past F was general admission but some people still had season tickets for F?

Yeah it is a shame that 5 home games conflict with hockey home games
