if i'm not mistaken, people who purchased the big red sports pass were given the privilege of being first off the wait list. that might explain some of the inconsistencies in people not contacted...not that i'm trying to defend the ticket office. the lottery sucks.

i agree. it doesn't matter if we lucked out in that our actual draw isn't that bad. our being seeded 4th is still absurd. us being anything less than first is difficult to justify at best, especially losing the one seed to a team that we beat on their own field. the fact that we're behind a team with 4 losses and will meet duke in the semis when duke and cornell are clearly the best two teams in the country is a joke. the selection committee should be embarrassed.

stop me if this is stupid, but since we throw colgate toothpaste at colgate, was anyone planning on throwing peppermint patties at york? i know it's just an exhibtion game, but it's a thought.

i agree. if you were there, the first number was called as "14" from a single piece of paper. it certainly seemed like they drew the first two digits together, presumably from a pool of 0-16 or 0-17 or whatever, thus elimintating all this talk of unfairness.

undergrad numbers were at 1540 at 3pm yesterday.
