Aside from Cornell, when was the last time an ECAC team won an NCAA Tourney game? Was it St. Lawrence? I don't recall Harvard winning a game in the last 4 or 5 years.

One penalty (Mugford) was well behind the play on a CC rush and another (McCutcheon) behind their goal deep in the offensive zone. Dumb. That looked like a not-so-instant replay of last Saturday's first period.

I haven't been reading everything on this thread, but am I the only one experincing really crazy picture quality? The brightness was going crazy that period... and on the Cornell goal scoring rush, the sound went out and the screen almost washed out with brightness.

Three interesting goals for Cornell.
How the heck did Molson's wrap around get by the CC goalie?!
Gleed had a backhander that beat the goalie up high!?
A powerplay goal on a rish without being set up!?
(Don't recall any goals like that for them this season, but my memory's probably off and could stand being refreshed the EFs out there.)
Seems like things clicked for a change.

Ah, though nothing beats the feeling that comes from celebrating a goal like Gleed's GWG tonight, checking ELynah to read the celebratory real time goal posts almost comes close!
