The guy at http://westerncollegehockey.blogspot.com/ was kind enough to put together the records of the tourney teams against other tourney teams. Not surprisingly, Cornell played fewer games against the field than all but two schools: Holy Cross and Bemidji State. Most of the schools played 2 to 3 times as many games (nearly 4 times as many for Michigan State and North Dakota). Of course the teams from the power conferences are going to play more, but even H****** played nearly twice as many games against the field.
Wishing those going to GB a safe and fun trip. I had a blast in Providence & Minneapolis and am bummed not to be going this weekend.
