You neglected, "My spouse would kill me." Well, I guess that fits under "Too expensive."
Or "I get back from a conference in Eastern Washington Friday night". I guess the closest is "not enough time to plan a trip"

Back in 97 I was planning to go to Grand Rapids when I got a request to be in Monterrey, Mexico, for a Monday AM meeting. When I told them that the best I could do was Tuesday morning, they agreed to pay for the combo flight - to Grand Rapids on Friday, from GR to Monterrey on Sunday, and then back to Allentown later that week.
The advantage of working for a multi-national.
