Title: Frozen Four Seating
Post by: Beeeej on March 16, 2006, 12:37:50 AM
Ticket packages for Milwaukee have started arriving in people's mailboxes.  I thought I'd just check in and find out where other people will be sitting - and whether they're going regardless of Cornell's participation.

Me (+3):
Section 401, Row A (woo!)
Going regardless

Seating Diagram (note that the 100s and the extraneous courtsides don't exist for a hockey game):

My tickets are in Row U of either section 400 or 422.  It was one of the center sections.  Don't remember which one offhand.  BYO-oxygen seats, but in the building.  I'm not planning on going no matter what.  If the team goes, I'll be there.

The semis are at 2pm and 7pm, and the final is at 6pm.

Much better than the frickin' noon game we had 3 years ago. Glad to see sanity return to the FF schedule, even if just a little bit.

JTW '91, RichH '96, Scersk '97 and a Canadian friend of mine will be in Section 423, Row T, Seats 5-8 no matter who's playing.

I'm in 435 Row W. Top that for bad seats! :-P

They are $10 seats for the Bucks.

Still unsure if I'm going.

Too lazy to search for our tickets right now. Call us what you want, but we'll only be there if Cornell is.

I remember leaving the semi.  Then I came to as the 2nd semi was heading to OT.  I found myself in back of the Michigan section somehow, and I was very confused that there were cheerleaders in the arena.  Also, JTW didn't have his beard anymore.

I fell asleep during the second semi. Then my parents called me and wanted to know what I was doing on ESPN2 wearing a bunch of Mardi Gras beads and an off the shoulder shirt to a hockey game. That weekend is the top data point in the upper right graph (matrix?) of Jerseygirl's hours spent drunk plotted against intensity of drunkenness.

Section 405 Row Q

Counting rows on that seating chart, we appear to be in the middle of the intersection of 4th and State.

Nice story, but I didn't get a chance to shave until after the second semi.  And I cut myself and bled all over the place.

John, while cutting may bring brief satisfaction, it is an ultimately self-destructive way to deal with your despair. I understand the pain caused by the 2003 FF, but please, take care of yourself.

And on topic, I don't see myself getting off work to go to this thing, even if Cornell did make it and I did have a ticket.

I and son (15) are in section 412 Row U  " BYO-oxygen seats " but first trip to Frozen Four in MANY years - looking forward to it - Any hints on things to do?

We are considering the Technology Museum and a few other sightseeing stops.

202 S (purchased through USCHO).  I hope when I leave Wisconsin this weekend that I'll be very excited about going back.

Safe travels to Milwaukee, those who are still going.  I'll see you there!  PM me with your cell phone number, or just drop by Section 401 Row A, if you want to meet up in person.  :-)
