There was a "Moul-son" chant following the celebration, and he raised his arm to agknowledge the crowd.

That chant was way too fast and it didn't really sound like anything that could make sense.

There were also Sawada chants after his goal on Friday night.

It was somewhat discernable if Moulson was able to hear it on the ice with a helmet on

The MOUL-SON chant was pretty clear, I thought. And among the debris tossed on the ice at game's end (mostly crumpled newspapers) was an empty Moulson's carton. Given this was, what, Matt's second GWG this year, somebody must have done a lot of carrying that piece of cardboard back and forth.

I thought the newspapers on the ice stuff was bush, but the carton, that was okay.

yeah the stuff from the crowd came from a lot of kids who rushed down after the game winning goal. at least there were about 8 of them in the isles of section D/e/f.  course some idiot students did it as well...

the moulson cheer was clear in E :)

That was Moulson's fourth winner. Fifth*, really, considering Friday night.

Might he be referring to GWG at Lynah, or did Moulson really score that many at home???

Let me take this opportunity to put in another plug for Dustbin321's Sawada song http://elf.elynah.com/read.php?1,78079,78093#msg-78093 , and a different Topher chant.  The Sawada song is linked to above, and here's my suggestion for a Topher chant (couldn't get any simpler):

clap, clap
clapclapclap
clapclapclapclap
TO-PHER!

We have more creativity than just chanting "SA-WA-DA" and "TO-PHER SCOTT".
:-P

Fair point...Moulson scored home winners against Clarkson and RIT, a road winner against Union, and a neutral one against Northeastern in Florida.

MOUL-SON!

or

JON-GLEED!

or whatever other two-syllable name you like.
