While Cornell rests up and gets healthy, here is a composite of the ECACHL first round match-ups and the audio links for each school. I checked the hockey home page for each team, but I didn't see anything about internet video.
Brown (CSTV) at St. Lawrence http://www.stlawu.edu/sports/radio.html. The Friday night game is at 7:30, due to the Women's playoff game v. Yale at 3:30.
Yale at Union http://unionathletics.com/Sports/general/2005/Audio%20Broadcasts.asp. Yale, apparently, will not be sending a broadcast team to Union. In fact, they Yale hockey page directs you to Union's audio link.
Quinnipiac http://quinnipiacbobcats.collegesports.com/sports/m-hockey/quic-m-hockey-body.html at RPI http://www.rpiathletics.com/Sports/gen/2005/WRPI.asp
Princeton http://goprincetontigers.collegesports.com/multimedia/prin-multimedia.html at Clarkson http://www.clarksonathletics.com//Sports/gen/2005/internetbroadcasts.asp
As far as I could tell, Brown is the only Pay-for-Access feed.

Thank you. I'll definitely be spinning the dial, listening to the games, and munching popcorn while people from all the other teams tear each other limb from limb on USCHO. Good times.

You are welcome. I'm glad someone is benefitting from my procrastination, because it certainly was not the poster I'm working on for a conference next week ::help::.
I haven't been on the USCHO board (must keep procrastination in check!), but please share highlights of the USCHO on-line fights. :-P
Must be the Ivy League way, eh?
Perhaps in the case of Cornell a fee based system it is a way to successfully take advantage of a bunch of obsesive hockey fans who are willing to sell a kidney, though hopefully not at more than 18% value, in order to watch Cornell Hockey.
I'll beat Beeej or others to the punch here...
Nice run-on sentence! But I guess the message. However, other teams have "obsessed" fans and I don't see all of them having to pay fees.
Yeah, but other teams don't have our wonderful AD.
I hear that! Clarkson had a "wonderful AD" but thankfully he left last year! :-}

It wasn't a well-written sentence, but it wasn't a run-on.
And that's "Beeeej," with four Es, please. :-D

Capitalize "I," please... ::nut::
Right, but why use three dots in this case? :-}
Beeeej is like Mississippi. You have a general idea of how to start but not when to stop.
From Tim McDonald's USCHO weekly section. Shows how little he pays attention to the actual game and how much he pays attention to only stats.

Just the fact that he has 8 goalies listed as candidates for Goaltender of the Year in a 12 team league shows that the list isn't worth much.
Also, Tim McDonald seems to have forgotten to give his predictions for this weekend's games. ::twitch::
Just the fact that he has 8 goalies listed as candidates for Goaltender of the Year in a 12 team league shows that the list isn't worth much.
Almost as stupid as having 12 teams in a 12-team league playing in the post-season championship tournament.

Even lowly, last place squads AIT (5-19-5), BGSU (13-21-2), Wayne State (6-20-6), Brown (4-18-7) and Anchorage (6-25-3). How exciting! ::nut::

So, rhetorically, would it suck as much to lose to AIT if they won out through the tournaments and won the NC?
So, rhetorically, would it suck as much to lose to AIT if they won out through the tournaments and won the NC?
As longas AIT beat two or three WCHA teams along the way it would be worth it...

We took a two-week tour of Thailand last year and our Thai tour guide was a graduate of AIT...I mean, AIC.

So what's everyone choosing tonight?
I'm listening to the Clarkson 'cast. No score about halfway through period 1.
So what's everyone choosing tonight?
I'm listening to the Clarkson/Princeton game and the announcers are saying that the attendance is really low. Evidently fans are complaining that the ticket price of $12 is too high...set by the NCAA and not by Clarkson.
LGR!!!!!
Q jumps out early on top of RPI 2-0
Quinnipiac 2 RPI 0, in Troy, in first.
No score at 10:04 of first. "Crowd" of only 1500. Which is good for Onion when neither we noe RPI play there.:-P

Depends. How would it affect our PWR?
:-P
Yale up 1-0
Who should we root for?
Depends who you want to play. I don't think there are any big PWR ramifications, are there.
A Clarkson player gets a 5 plus a Game Misc.
Depends who you want to play. I don't think there are any big PWR ramifications, are there.
I think ideally we want the Union, RPI and Clarkson series to all go 3 games to prevent said teams from becoming TUC's.
Who should we root for?
Yale, so Union cant be a TUC and so they continue their glorious history.
Thanks!!

Did the Clarkson radio guys complain about the call or did they think it was just?

They thought it was too much. But then again, they also don't know the difference between a Game Misc and a Game DQ, so take it with a grain of salt.

The radio guys said that the Clarkson bench was complaining about the "hit from behind". They also went on to say that it was Weller's second such penalty of the year, hense the automatic game DQ.
LGR!!!
Current scores:
Clk 0 Prn 0 (end 1)
Yal 1 UC 0 (end 1)
SLU 0 Brn 0 (late start)
Qpc 2 RPI 0 (end 1)

Ditto here.
Clarkson scores. 1-0 over Princeton.
Brown leads SLU 1-0 in the first.
I just heard the Clarkson announcers say that Yale was up 1-0 on Union.
Princeton ppg ties it up 1-1.
