Anybody have a line on Brad Chartrand's whereabouts these days?
His listing in the on-line alumni directory still has his job title as "Hockey Player" and company "Los Angeles Kings," though he hasn't played for them since the lockout.
Apparently, the alumni directory isn't alone in having lost track of Chartrand -- Yahoo! Sports also has him listed as an active Kings employee, as well, despite his failure to appear on the ice for them this entire season. Hopefully, he'll surface in the NHL again soon.
He's probably playing in Europe because there is no record of him playing anywhere in North America since he played for LA in the 03-04 season.
Neither HockeyDB nor Wikipedia have anything on Chartrand beyond having played for the Kings in 2003-04.
Found a reference here that he "recently moved back East after several successful years with the LA Kings."

Brad is living with his wife, Elizabeth Byrne, in NY and has retired from hockey.
