Krzysztof is just fighting for a training camp invitation. If the Thrashers like what they see, they can send him to the minors, where Krzysztof can gain experience and provide organizational depth. It seems like a win-win situation to me.

I believe Krzysztof can have a career in the ECHL and AHL as a defensive forward. Remember, he's just 21 years old.

I wish him all the best. After all, once Kent Manderville accepted the role of defensive forward he became an excellent, NHL-caliber player. Perhaps KW can do the same. There are eerie parallels, after all.
