Are you talking about the audio feed or the video feed?
Are you talking about the audio feed or the video feed?
video doesn't look to be available yet
Video is now up... a little dark and a little grainy, but decent
The "three piece band" was indeed let into the building, and is a hoot during the player intros.
Does the vid feed have an audio track?
Because if it doesn't, ya'll are missing a cat being strangled to the words of the anthem.
Not sure what I'm listening to on the Northeastern radio feed, but it's definitely not hockey.
http://www.wrbbradio.org/sports/index.php
On closer inspection, their webpage says 7PM, so I guess they'll be playing a delayed version?
When I click to connect to the video, I get a message that "Windows Media Player cannot play this file."

Yes, that's what they are supposed to be doing. Where are people getting the current feed? It's on the CU All-Access as being live, but I'm getting the annoying chick's "not currently available" crap (like I haven't heard that before).
LGR!
EDIT: Nevermind. I used the link here http://allaccess.cstv.com/media/index.jsp?gSportId=14&gSchoolId=700&gMonth=12&gDay=27&gYear=2005&ngSportId=9&ngSchoolId=&ngMonth=null&ngDay=null&ngYear=null and it is working now. Thanks!
Al, that sometimes happens to me the first time I try a file. Upon repeat, it then works.
O'Byrne, Scott, and Moulson humming around the net.
Al, I had the same problem whe I did my test. Reloaded Media Player and Macromedia and it worked.???
Cornell on pp (almost over, I missed it during one of the 'cast hiccups).
Northeastern returns to full strength...
Apparently McCutcheon is a freshman
He's also second on the team in goals... wait a minute, that's not an error! ::uhoh::
Northeastern pp.
Two thoughts:
The place is empty.
NU loves to ice the puck.
Was carefoot playing with moulson and bitz for the first line?
Pegs outa the box, 5x5.
NU penalty delayed, McKee out.
Al, I had the same problem whe I did my test. Reloaded Media Player and Macromedia and it worked.???
That's what I had to do, Jim. Works now.
Cornell pp#2 upcoming.
Yikes...my "delayed penalty" was called about one minute after Greg's.
Don't worry, Al, I'm getting so many rebufferings that you'll pass me... ::help::
Yikes...my "delayed penalty" was called about one minute after Greg's.
But Al, you started late, so it makes sense.:-D
Did the announcer just say theres nothing wrong with showing up late? Facetimer! :-P
PP GOAL MOULSON
xx:xx Cor pp Moulson 9 (Sawada 4, Scott 9)
Cornell right back on pp again.
Al, I'll let you (or somebody else slow) do the goal calls so I don't ruin them for you.
Anybody hear who the refs are? What conference?
Sounded like the referees name is abbott, not sure which conference
Damn! When is that guy gonna stop slacking off and get an even-strength goal? :-P
Way to go Moulson!
LGR!
McCutcheon and Barlow barely missing on a combo; back to 5x5.
tuned in a lil late-
is sasha with the team, or @ the WJC?
and what's the status of the rest of the D?

Pokulok is at the wjc, but not actually playing apparently. Gleed still out. I've seen davenport and salmela play, so i'm guessing glover is not back.
Pregame mentioned somebody was "almost ready to come bak." Guessing that was Dan.
2-0 pegs scores from abbott
xx:xx Cor Pegoraro 2 (Cam Abbott 5, Davenport 2)
It's Gleed who is still hurt. 1:19 to go in 1st.
So I can't get sometimes-access to give me a place to log in. All I'm getting is the page that tells me what terrific packages I can buy. Any suggestions?
looks like we scored on 2/4 shots. ne had 1 shot
Saves in the first period were, and I swear I'm not making this up, 2-1.
Glover is playing (this is calgARI '07 by the way)
For those watching the B2 thing, the play-by-play/color guy is embarrassing in that he knows absolutely nothing about hockey or grammar (calgARI '07 again from San Diego).
So, I couldn't find the NHL RS record for fewest shots, both teams, one perido, but I did find a great record:
Most shots, both teams, one game:
141-New York Americans, Pittsburgh Pirates, Dec 26, 1925, NY Americans-73, Pittsburgh-68.
As far as the lineup, the lines are identical to what they were against Princeton:
Moulson-Bitz-Carefoot
Abbott-Pegoraro-McCutcheon
Mugford-Abbott-Sawada
Barlow-Kennedy-Scott
The D dressed are O'Byrne, Glover, Krantz, Seminoff, Davenport, and Salmela.
Apparently UNH is on next year's Florida College Classic slate.
Interesting...a chance for revenge! :-)
wow, no cowbell guy @ florida
Well when I did it last year in Florida, there were maybe five people there who knew the cheear.
Northeastern looks a little bit worse than Princeton
We're back. NU on pp.
Kennedy nearly had a shorty.
NU now 0x2 on pp.
3-0 Krantz off a faceoff
Apparently it was actually a scott goal deflecting Krantz's shot....davenport to the box
2 03:54 Cor Scott 3 (Krantz 4)
Cam with a nice short handed chance, nice move, a little weak on the shot
hooking on Seminoff, on the PK for the 4th time...
NU 5x3 for 1:22.
Another hooking, this time on Kennedy, 5-3 for the next 1:20!!
2 nice blocked shots so far on the 5x3
1st Penalty killed, 5-4 for next 21 seconds
Another penalty on CU just as the 2nd pp expires. NU's 6th chance.
1 second left on second PP, High sticking on Obyrne! another 5x4 for them
That should've been a goaltender interference on the guy before that, the ref didn't see it. Another pp for Northeastern
Back to 5x5
killed, back to 5-5. They are 0-6 on PP
pp #7 coming up...
holding on bitz to stop a 2 on 1, NU entering their 7th PP...
Our PK is getting one hell of a workout... wow. I just want the second period to end.
5:52 left in the period, about :30 in the pp.
How much time is left?
Just saw it. Thanks.
PP killed, about 5:20 left. 5x5
Now 7x7 on the kill tonight. Great job, guys.
looks like we are going on the PP, interference on their defensemen.
Cornell pp, and Moulson hasn't played for about 10 minutes. ;-)
PP over
2 minutes to go in the second.
The announcer should at least learn the rules in college, there is no 2 line pass.
"2 line pass"? Ugg...
topher scott headed to the sin bin for elbowing, 35 seconds left in the 2nd
2nd period over.
topher scott headed to the sin bin for elbowing, 35 seconds left in the 2nd
I think it was too many men.
I just want to give a shout-out of thanks to everyone giving updates here. I'm busy hooking up my mom's new-fangled PC to replace this one that is so ancient that apparently CSTV's servers laugh and point at it. Hopefully the new one will give me access to tomorrow's game.
Anyway, the game thread is much appreciated.
Are we generating more opportunities, at least when we're not in the penalty box? Although it sounds like we almost had few chances there as well. How about NU? Did they get anything going?
i think the second period SOG's were Cor - 8 NU - 9

topher scott headed to the sin bin for elbowing, 35 seconds left in the 2nd
Correct...too many men
About to drop the puck for the third.
you guys are right, thanks, my bad!
Cornell headed to the PP
Penalty expires, 5x5
pp #9 coming for NU.
Still 3-0 Cornell, about 14 or so minutes left in the period. Had a couple of quality shots, at end of PP, but couldn't get anything.
NU going on their 9th PP after McKee got some help from the crossbar.
13:08 to go in regulation.
Penalty coming up on NU. I hope we can keep the shutout for Dave.
Interesting non-call there on that high stick to barlow.
I was about to say the same thing, VERY interesting, especially with all the wistles in the second...
Someone who knows the rules better than me, are you allowed to put your hands up and push off of the guy on a check as long as you don't touch his head?
5x5 play, 6:09 left in the 3rd.
Nice play by Seminoff to save McKee's butt.
4:21.
4:21 left, 5x5 play
Cornell pp upcoming, 3:09 to go.
Penalty coming up on NU
I think it'll be a 5er for hitting from behind
Major on NU.
O'Byrne hits the crossbar!
1:51.
< 1:00
5x3 for the last 30 or so seconds for us.
McKee's 16th career shut out!
FINAL, 3-0 Cornell
:-)

The box scores at both CornellBigRed.com and USCHO now give the third goal to Krantz with an assist to Kennedy. Don't know what's correct.

It's probably correct, that's how the goal was initially called on the 'cast; they probably corrected the ref at the intermission.
