Title: Ride to Perfect Screen Printers
Post by: Jared on December 09, 2005, 07:45:00 AM
Perfect Screen Printers is a long way from Collegetown, and I unfortunately do not have a car. If any of you are planning on going there anytime until Wednesday to stitch some letters onto your new, snazzy game worn jerseys, I am wondering if I could get a ride with you. I'd much prefer to go down to PSP with some fellow Lynah Faithful than a (nice, though not necessarily Big Red-crazed) cab driver.

You should know that getting a nameplate stitched on will likely require two trips.  I don't believe they can just do it for you right there on the spot; at least that wasn't the case for me.  I had to leave my jersey with them for a few days, though I didn't believe the wait to be unreasonable.  I'm assuming you're leaving town for winter break on Wednesday or Thursday, so I'm not sure how that will affect things for you.

Yeah, I am aware that two trips will be have to be made. I am looking for at least the first leg, and I wouldn't have a problem leaving it there over break.

Thanks for warning me, Will.

You don't know anyone with a car? I mean, it's not that far. Heck, if you can get a bus to Wegmans, if I'm not mistaken, it should be quite walkable from there (if there's a back way you can cut through), although not fun in the cold. But, for that matter, if you have a friend going to Wegman's, or the downtown CVS, or Agway or something (figuring all those places are still there :) ), then it's not very much out of their way to stop by for your.

Thanks a lot for the info, Delta. I will look it up on a map, and plan accordingly. Thanks to everyone!
