Notable mostly for the following line:

[Q]
Friday's game against Harvard was played in front of 5,000 mainly Quinnipiac fans at the Harvard Civic Center.

[/Q]

It's the Hartford Civic Center, obviously, and I suspect the good folks there aren't all that excited about being confused with That Place in Cambridge (or Allston).  On the other hand, wouldn't it make sense that if Harvard had their own Civic Center, it would still be filled mainly with fans of the opposing team?

Yes it would Bill, and that would be disappointing that the Harvard folks would fall short of their "civic" responsibility.  :-D

Quibbling about editing errors aside, that article makes me think that having Quinnipiac in the conference will be very good for the ECAC. A pro-hockey AD with a commitment to building an elite program and a supportive fan base are great things.

Plus, they beat Harvard.
