Title: "Big dish" satellite coordinates
Post by: Hillel Hoffmann on March 25, 2005, 05:45:42 PM
I've just been given "big dish" satellite coordinates for the live broadcast of the CU-OSU game. Source: Jeremy Hartigan at CU Athletics, via Robert Mandelbaum. Here they are:

Galaxy 4R, C/13

I don't know if that's C or Ku band. I don't have any more info than that at this time. And, of course, I can't guarantee the accuracy of this info.

These coordinates may be of some use to people with home "big dish" systems or old-school sports bars with big dishes.

Sucks if the local community board forces your bar to take their dish down.

Bump...I answered my own question.  Anyone have more info on satellite feeds (as a back up)?
