#1 NoDak beats DU
#2 NoDak beats DU
#3 NoDak beats DU
#4 MSU wins
#5 Maine beats BC
Not an out-of-town exactly....
Colgate beats Harvard
So...is it important that NoDak beat DU?
Eh, kinda ;-)
The one time in my life I'll be rooting for NoDak.
#6: CC over Minn
#7: HC over Mercyhurst
I'll also clarify that its not necessarily important that DU lose today, just today or tomorrow, but today would be a good time to start it :)
Andy as long as we win and DU loses one game, we are basically a lock for a number 1 seed.

no, no no. You're thinking about this all wrong. Don't root for UND - root against DU. Thar should come a little more naturally. j=Just think 1969...
I was -12 years old in 1969, but I'll try ;-)
Fair enough point. Perhaps I should say it'll be the one time in my life I'd be actually happy to see a final with UND on the winning end. Well, okay, some times in the past they could help us out on RPI, but if they lose it was always "at least NoDak lost". Today I'd be genuinely pleased to see them on the winning end (for us of course, not them).

I assume you're in Albany, so what are you using to check eLynah?
Holding-the-stick penalty on Maine in OT. BC PP about to begin.
::screwy::
Palm + GPRS Cell phone =D
BC hits post on PP in OT. Scramble behind the net...nothing yet...
Ridiculous make-up call (what a coincidence...holding-the-stick...) after BC hits the post. Even strength for 30 seconds, then a brief Maine PP, if it gets that far. (Terrible call, but we'll take it.)
Maine/BC return to full strength.
5:40 remaining in first OT.
Maine ices after decent BC pressure...under 5 to go in OT. Whistles swallowed again.
Ohio St. leads Mich. St. on PP goal at 8:25 of 1st
BC-Me. 1-1 end of 4
Ryan Shannon has a SICK chip pass blue line to blue line that creates a very good scoring chance... it will be on the highlights for sure
1-1 after first OT.
BC carried the play throughout the first OT, including one breakway saved by Jimmy Howard and one post hit on the power play.

Overtime for Vermont/Syracuse.

yeah bad night for other teams helping cornell. looks like if cornell wins tomorrow night they need denver to lose. i got bored with the script so didnt do all scenarios. cc needs to have a good game tomorrow nite. i did most scenarios with the favorites winning. not sure what happens if minne loses, michiganwins, denver wins, bc wins, and holy cross wins. too lazy to go back and play with it.

It gets worse...Hopkins beat SU in OT. It was JHU's only lead in the game. SU's 1-3 for the first time in 30 years.
Now back to hockey.
CC took a 1-0 lead on Minnesota on a sweet goal by Brett Sterling. A minute earlier, an apparent Minnesota goal was waved off because of a man in the crease.
Colgate and Harvard tied at 1 with 11:16 left in the third period.
[Q]Colgate and Harvard tied at 1 with 11:16 left in the third period.[/Q]
I'm so torn, I can barely stand it.
The only solace I have is that Michael Cuddyer is your first baseman, Craig.
Harvard just took a 2-1 lead with four minutes left.
CC is up 2-0 in the second period.

CC 2 - Minn. 0 end of 2
How did Colgate beat Harvard? I just got back and xmi says a 3-3 tie going into first OT?
Holy Cross 3 Mercyhurst 3, start of OT
unless he makes another 31 saves... in a winning effort, this is gonna hurt hyphen-sieve's save %
I wouldn't mind that.. Another 31 saves is probably around 3rd overtime right? :-)
Wow, with that Hahvahd goal the net was only like a foot off of its moorings!
it was just barely off when the puck crossed the plane i believe....
[Q]French Rage Wrote:

Looked to me like the puck broke the pane before the net got crashed. Anyway, there's a rule that if the defense knocks the net off, you can still score into the dislodged net.
Tyler Kolarik has herpes!

The only other game still going...gametracker is not updating, but from the USCHO boards, UNH still leads BU 4-0 with 5 minutes left in the 2nd.
'Gate-Sucks update?
Still tied 3-3 10 min. into the second overtime. Perfect for Cornell...
Gametracker is having trouble with the 20-minute overtimes. They have to start their clock at -15:00 minutes to get the time left right. The last up-date was at -7:47.
About 7 minutes left in the 2nd OT, still 3-3.
Edit: 15 minutes left in regulation
UNH 4 BU 1
It's still Harvard 3, Colgate 3 with under 4:30 left in the 2nd ot.
looks like tomorrow is gonna be Harvard / Cornell..
Harvard's 4th goal: Kevin Du. 16:01 in the 2nd overtime.
kevin du catches a nice break out pass, and takes it all alone to win it for harvard with about 4 min left in the 2nd ot.
UNH 5 BU 1....pretty much over there.
Edit: 5-2 now...but 3:51 remaining.
