Title: Frozen Four/Regional Tickets
Post by: BMac on March 07, 2005, 09:57:13 PM
Does anybody know where, when, how and for what price I can get tickets for the postseason? (After ECACs) Frozen Four seem to be sold out, but are tickets given to participating schools?

If not, I assume this is all televised, right?

In 2003 I didn't have much trouble finding a ticket for sale on the USCHO message boards.  After the four teams are determined, there will be fans of some of the other schools who had optimistically purchased tickets who want to sell them, since their team isn't going. You probably won't have too much trouble scoring tickets.

talk about getting ahead of ourselves :)

But yes, Frozen Four tickets need to be purchased in advance. Tickets go to the participating schools, but most of those, if not all, go to boosters, etc.

But its no problem to get tickets through USCHO boards or eBay. Plenty to be had. If Cornell doesn't make it - which is a distinct possibility - I'll be posting mine somewhere.

And tickets to the Final game can generally be purchased for about $5-$10 outside of the arena after each semi-final game.  :`(
