Looks like Cornell, Harvard, UVM, and Dartmouth are the best teams going into the playoffs. Colgate is headed in the wrong direction. Dartmouth looks like Harvard from last year -- momentum at the right time. The 8-9 series seems like a tossup; the other first round series seem like they should go to the home teams. The Dartmouth at UVM series in the second round should be a doozy. Cornell should handle any of the 8-12 teams. If SLU can do anything on the road, they could give Harvard a bit of trouble but probably not enough. Harvard played well at Bright this year. Brown beating Colgate seems like the most likely upset in the second round. That would be nice for the Red because facing UVM or Dartmouth in a one and done semifinal is a bit scary.
It would also likely keep Brown as a TUC (Team Under Consideration) which would help Cornell. Unfortunately, they have to get by RPI first, not the best 1st round draw for Brown.
