Anybody else think the pre-game show is a bit, ah, somber? (As opposed to, say, Harvard Radio asking players how they deal with helmet hair.) This would be a good question and followup for Mike on the pregame Koach's Korner.

I wonder how soon it would be before it would be taking longer to do the count than it was taking to score the next goal?  Seems to me that with a need to score every 30 seconds or so, we wouldn't get very far before we'd be cheering the next score and having to start over.  Hey, we could go back to the old, slow count (maybe r-e-a-l-l-y s-l-o-w) and just keep going until the period ends.

Thanks, although that link is down.  I thought the NCAA Record Book only covered the tourny.  I'll have to find it and check it out.  I'll also have to hose my company's printers some night.
