Is there a free audio feed for brown? The ON-3 feed is still broadcasting news.

Try this
Nothing special -- quick rush and a score. D'Alba had made one nice save on the other end. About 4 mins in.

(You first have to listen to a series of advertisements before you get connected to the game audio.)
I've got free audio from the Cornellbigred.com site.
I missed the beginning, why is Cam out?
Penalty on Brown. Cornell going on pp.
Cam is quote banged up unquote.
Nice playmaking by Cornell pp unit but no shots yet.
11:23 Cor Sawada 3
The updates are greatly appreciated- I'm stuck at work tonight (and there are no speakers on these computers).
Ditto to that. This is my first time having to follow the posts on the message board without having the live broadcast as I'm away from my home computer. Keeps those updates coming. NOTHING is too trivial!
LGR!
I tuned in late to the Brown broadcast. What is up with that long commercial break during play (during which Cornell scored).
I guess you get what you pay for. :-/
Cornell on pp #2 at 16:55
Well, here's my overall assessment of the period. Brown scored the early goal, then Cornell started to control play. Sawada's goal was an "excuse me" fluke -- a clearing pass that went in. Cornell has just gone back on pp and sounds very good. The Red are shooting high on D'Alba, maybe based on Topher's scouting report.
The Brown site is telling me "The system cannot locate the resource specified."
I can't find a free audio link on the Cornell site.
Anyone else having problems?
Was Sawada's goal unassisted?
LGR!
Score Moulson!!!!!
MOULSON WITH ONE SECOND LEFT ON PP!!!!
this is the link from the brown website that is working for me.
http://broadcastmonsters.com/Brown/brown010705.asx
moulson and sawadas goals were both unassisted
Shots in the first period: 16-2 Cornell.
Krantz and Pegoraro have been given assists on Sawada's goal..... Hynes and O'Byrne have been given assists on Moulson's goal.
(according to Gametracker)
other scores:
Colgate 1 Sucks 0 end 1
SLU 2 Yale 2 late 1
Vermont 2 Union 0 end 1
Clarkson 2 Princeton 0 end 1
Dartmouth 2 RPI 0 end 1
Brown goes on their first pp.
pp killed off, now Cornell getting lots of good chances from the first line.
[not complaining i love free as much as the next guy] ... but these guys sure do love to yell, although they are not as quite as bad as the colgate crew:-)
Scoreeeee!!!!!!!!
Paul V.
Sc6re. Varteressian!
McCutcheon leads a beautiful rush deep into the Brown end, dishes to Paul Varteressian who nets it; 3-1!
McKee stones Ihancak -- that may have been big.
Cornell going on pp #3
Cornell goes on their 3rd pp.
PEGS!
4-1 Goal Pegoraro!
Save something for Saturday, Cornell.
Brown's announcers are really down on their team. From what I can tell, justifiably so.
They're also ripping on the refs.
now they're all over the referee ... ::screwy::
can you say sour grapes ... these guys are terrible
Brown gets a 2nd pp. Cornell has really kicked it into high gear tonight. It's important now to not let Brown back into the game. 4 mins to go in 2nd.
OMG! These guys are awful.
Shut up and call the play.
I hear cowbell! Gotta have more cowbell!
is anyone listening to this tool? "sawada 2nd round pick..blah blah blah" --- shut up you're getting killed
Brown makes it 4-2.
End of 2 periods, 4-2 good guys. :-)

Just got here. How do the boys look? McKee???
So far it sounds like as bad an ass-whuppin as in Ithaca, but it's still close on the scoreboard and anything can happen.
Cornell immediately on the pp.
And the Cornell netcast just cut out. :-(
They must have lost the remote feed, because they're passing the time by playing the Snapple ad. Again. And again. And again. "It reminds me of Kansaaaaaaaas..." ::nut:: ::nut:: ::nut::
Brown announcers are without a doubt the worst homers I've ever had the misfortune of listening to. Man, they are terrible.
But it still beats paying for audio. ::yark::
Cheers,
Kyle

hehehe. Oh, well, we always have that lame Gametracker.
the colgate grew is pretty damn bad but these guys are def giving them a run for their money ::starwars::
OK, I gave up and switched to the Brown broadcast. I'll be surprised if they're worse than the St. Lawrence announcers.
they've gotta be close ::rolleyes::
(Chris Abbott given an assist on Varteressian's goal).
can someone tell me how it's a "nice hit" if you miss??? ::screwy::
"He got all glass." I wondered that, too. :-)
McKee with a big save on Swan.
The Brown announcers just compared Sawada to Noah Welch. ::help::
How much time left in the third?
LGR!
i think even the color guy can't stand the play by play guy
Does anybody have Gametracker up? What are Brown's total shots? Are they over 10 yet?
I think you mean the opposite, Pete. :)
"Cornell doesn't get called for penalties." This guy is a dufus.
Brown had 13 total shots with 13:35 left in the game. How much time is actually left.
They love Colgate, too. "Just wait until the Traveling Road Holding Show" comes in tomorrow. I guess everybody cheats except Brown.
6:30 left in the period.
what are they saying about the cowbell?
at least they admit they're bitter
They're saying we stole the cowbell from BU. Which is funny in a lot of ways, not least of which is cowbells have been around in hockey since the Montreal crowds in the 1920's.
Brown on pp.
[Q]Drew042 Wrote:

They said the cowbell sounded eerily familiar to what BU fans do. They then said, "Well imitation is the greatest kind of flattery."
tell please ... who had the cowbell first? BU or us ... please tell me it was us so these a-holes look like total homers
Y'think this is a big power play, Jack? Good lord.
I think they just implied that we stole the cowbell cheer from them.
I thought everyone was overstating how bad these guys are...but I must say they are absolutely the worst announcers I have ever heard.
hey jack, you're not an announcer ... you're an a-hole; you're not an a-hole ... you're an asshole; you're not an asshole ...:-P
Skating 4x4 now. Brown announcers are appalled. ::laugh::
Dartmouth is beating RPI 9-1 in Troy tonight. Yikes.
I guess this is what it would be like if Michale Moore announced the Republican National Convention...or Zell Miller announced the Democratic National Convention.
1:50 to go in the third.
Two minute warning.
Even strength.
Brown empty net
D'Alba out.
Is there ever a "right" call to them?
this color guy is a retard
Final at Bright: Colgate 3 Harvard 1
Cornell shorthanded plus the e.n. means we will be 5-on-3.
[Q]A-ron Wrote:

This is a good analogy, I think: he'd sound bitter about his own team sucking.
Kyle
to quote Jack ... "I give up!"
good you stupid homer pack it in and go home ::smashfreak::
Pokuluk takes a double minor. Brown gets a PP.
D'Alba goes back in net.
1 minute to go.
Gleed two clears; second one just misses the net.
4-2 FINAL!
"Not a dominating performance"
LOL
::screwy::
Kyle
Now I can stop listning to those morons.
gotta love it no credit to cornell, "brown can only blame themselves" ... and the shit continues to fly on the brown webcast.
"I want to help the Brown Bears win a NC for the first time." - Yes cuz that has the slightest chance in hell of every happening.
Brown announcers and Asst Coach Brooks hilarious on postgame. Asst. Coach:"we didn't skate" "forwards have to make smarter plays" "like skating in quicksand."
Ben03 - have no fear, we were doing the Cowbell in '68-'69, before these announcers were born.
sweet:-D
All 6 visiting teams win tonight. When's the last time that happened?:-P
You guys obviously haven't listened to a Minnesota hockey broadcast...Minnesota fans love those guys, I can't stand them. Watch a game on TV (Fox Sports Net) and listen to the free web cast and you'll see what I mean.
Cornell played well tonight, especially on the offensive side of the puck. Doug Krantz may have picked up 2 assists, but the guy was brutal. His giveaway early on led directly to the first Brown goal and his decision making most of the night led to scoring chances. The worst was when he took the puck from behind the net, cut in front of McKee only to be trapped by three Brown forecheckers. The guy clearly has upside offensively and has good size, but his decision making is terrible and has not progressed much this season.
Almost all the forwards played very well, Sawada having his best game of the season. Gleed and Downs are playing very well and Cook played his best game in a long while, yet he is still off the first powerplay for some reason even after being its catalyst against Maine. Pegoraro was particularly dangerous tonight. Hoping Abbott's injury isn't long term and he can go against Harvard.
