Title: Scoring Question
Post by: strixvaria on October 18, 2004, 02:20:17 AM
Can anyone explain this UND/Minn. St. score?  I'm a little confused.

sure.

ESPN's scoreboards get screwy sometimes.

i believe the Braves beat somebody 5 to -1 towards the end of the regular season.  Very, very well pitched game by Mike Hampton.

ESPN is just plain messed up.  The UND and MSU web sites agree that the game was scoreless through the first two periods.  MSU scored first and UND came back with two goals to win it.
