This article mentions that Paolini signed with Toledo (which would make it a lot easier to play with the Barons):

Just saw in transaction column that Paolini was released by the Barons (after being signed on Oct. 9)

I don't think it would surprise anyone if he tried to set up a local program there similar to our own Power Play for Prevention.
