Who will be on this year's All-America team from the East? Will Vesce, Moulson, or Cook be cited? Any rookie consideration for McKee?

None of the above.  Vesce and Moulson didn't even crack the All Ecac Teams.

McKee should have a shot at rookie honors, shouldn't he?

I don't think there is a  All America rookie team.

INCH listed McKee on the All-Rookie Team.  However, this is not the official All-American lists.
