Clarkson got the first 13 shots on goal tonight.  But Cornell got chances on the power play and scored immediately afterward.  Carefoot got the goal.  Iggulden and O'Byrne with assists.  That was O'Byrne's first NCAA point.

Cornell lines:
Moulson-Bitz-Hynes
Abbott-Abbott-Hornby
Knoepfli-Iggulden-Carefoot
McLeod-Pegoraro-McCutcheon

Wallace-Cook
Downs-O'Byrne
Glover-Gleed

If Vesce had been able to play, McLeod--not Pegoraro--would have dressed.

Vesce scratched during warmups, I think.  Apparently he's been nursing a pulled muscle all season.  Late scratches screw up lines, etc.

On the free webcast with the camcorder controls visibile on the Webcast, the counter stopped at 1:17:52. I was worried it was going to go blank when the virtual tape stopped. Not to be ungrateful, but sheesh, isn't there somebody with a better camcorder in a school of 20,000? It's embarrassing to have Syracuse undergrads doing a better job with video than Cornell. I know they have a journalism / communications school, but if journalism/broadcast was hard, it wouldn't be journalists doing the job. And I should know.
