the cornell press release for the all ivy selections basically say:
Murray (9-20-29)
Paolini (11-16-27)
Baby (?-28)
Vesce (?-28)
elynah/uscho says:
Murray (9-19-28)
Paolini (11-17-28)
Baby (7-21-28)
Vesce (9-18-27)
collegehockeystats says:
Murray (9-20-29)
Paolini (11-16-27)
Baby (7-21-28)
Vesce (9-18-27)
Who am I supposed to believe?? Why the discrepancy? Also the press release states that Paolini has a team high 11 goals, while some sources (incl uscho) state that Kris Wieckowski has 12. I'm going bonkers!
The discrepancy is probably due to changes in the official box scores from the game time call.
When in doubt, trust Age. Not only is he probably right, but at least then you know who to report changes to.
The official Cornell release that was in my e-mail this morning sides with those numbers reported by collegehockeystats.com. Cornell scoring leaders with 29, 28, 27, 27 points with Sam and Krys with 11 goals each.
Where or how USCHO came up with 3 players with 28 points and Krys with an additional goal is beyond me.
Yeah, and don't trust anything that I don't have any direct involvement with. the stats at the top are just ganked from USCHO. I thought collegehockeystats didn't have anything from HE games. Or is that just between 2 HE schools?
While the site collegehockeystats.com doesn't have HE onboard as far as compiling/providing their stats on their site, the ECAC stats they do compile include games against NC opponents regardless of conference.
Now, about that pronunciation thing ;-)...
OK. Scoring now comes from chs
