And JMP returns to Springfield...

[Q]The Coyotes also announced today that goaltender Jean-Marc Pelletier has been reassigned to the Springfield Falcons, the Coyotes' top minor league affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).  Since being recalled to the Coyotes on Feb. 10, the 6-foot-3, 209-pound Pelletier has played in 4 games with the Coyotes, collecting a 1-1-0 record, 4.11 GAA and .857 SV%.  He also recorded his first NHL win on Feb. 20 vs. Columbus.  Pelletier has played in 30 games with the Falcons this season, posting a record of 7-16-4 with a 2.47 GAA, .927 SV% and two shutouts.[/Q]

In a word, no.  Boucher is awful.  He was amazing in the 2001 playoffs with Philly and amazing on his shutout streak earlier in the year.  Otherwise, he's an AHL goalie.  Pelletier has been lit up in the games he has played.  Bierk is injured and unproven.  LeNeveu isn't ready.  Good move by GM Mike Barnett turning a pending UFA (Mike Sillinger) who they would have lost for nothing on July 1 into a potential #1 goalie.

Actually Bierk has been playing in Springfield.  He's probably going to rejoin the big team soon.

My money says they try to move Boucher.

Bierk was just sent down recently for conditioning reasons.  He hasn't played all year because he has been injured all year.  There won't be any takers for Boucher.
