looks good to me:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
what a game to be at. the RIP fans were dead except when they scored or were on the PP. or when they were yelling at us. an idiot 40yr old RIP fan challenged my fiancee to a fight after she said he had class for calling us a$$holes. ::uhoh::
RIP looked good 2nite, Cornell looked good for most of the game. i cannot believe the poor officiating by murphy and the linesmen, both ways. murphy was god aweful. of course the albany news had their coach complaining about clutch and grab. at least 3 of the RIP players interviewed gave cornell credit. McKee looked awesome, especially on the breakaway in the third. what a save. on to onion tomorrow nite. it is their senior night. last time we were at onion for senior night the only people to stay were the cornell fans and the parents. LGR!
Recap is up: http://www.uscho.com/recaps/20032004/m/02/20/cor-rpi.php

Kurt Stutt graduated from RPI in about 1989. He believes that one should be impartial. A matter of fact, I have been berated by him for using "we" in discussing games on USCHO.

I was wondering about this too, SO...I decided to look it up :-P . And it's not actually true if we're assuming an "almost-shutout" to be 1 GA. Here's the ranking of teams with the most shutouts + almost shutouts, along with number of games played, and record in the games in question:
1. Boston College: 16 (32 GP, 15-1-0)
2. Maine: 16 (32 GP, 11-3-2)
3. Brown*: 14 (27 GP, 11-0-3)
4. Colgate: 12 (32 GP, 12-0-0)
5. St. Cloud State: 12 (32 GP, 11-0-1)
6. RPI: 12 (32 GP, 10-1-1)
7. Denver: 12 (34 GP, 9-1-2)
8. Cornell**: 11 (27 GP, 9-0-2)
9. Ohio State: 11 (34 GP, 11-0-0)
10. Michigan State: 11 (36 GP, 11-0-0)
*leads nation in (shutouts + almost shutouts)/GP
** second in nation in (shutouts + almost shutouts)/GP
Other pointless facts: several teams have 10 (Mass, PC, CC, UMD, Mich., ND), and Bentley has the least (one).
EDIT: forgot Minnesota and Union, each of whom has 11, in 34, and 32, games, respectively.

Maine has lost 1-0 three times?!
