Good stuff Ari
It's nice to have someone recognize that the sky is not falling, and cogently explain why.
I don't think the team has gotten nearly enough credit on this forum for its effort on Saturday night. To give itself a chance to tie the game at the end despite playing with only 16 skaters, many of whom were playing despite injuries and one of whom had played a total of one minute in two and a half seasons, is impressive.

Agreed. Ari, this is a great editorial. I'm definitely sending this link to those friends of mine who have left me various "We suck this year" messages.
As everyone else already said, great article.
I found one mistake, though. We are not tied for fourth in the conference, but in fact are down to sixth, behind Brown, Colgate, Yale, Dartmouth, and RPI.
One of my favorite quotes from the article:
"I have never heard of a team killing off two five-minute powerplays in one game as they did against Colgate (then again, I have never heard of a team having to kill off two five minute powerplays in a game, but that is a different story)."
::laugh::
I agree with all of you guys, this is a very well done editorial.
Bravo, Ari.
Next time somebody posts a "what is wrong?" post, we'll just link him to your editorial.
Good work.

Agreed, a pretty good editorial that said some things that needed saying. But, seriously... "the biggest difference in the team's vastly improved defensive play has been the defensemen"?? ::screwy::

Ari's second column is up.
