An enjoyable read. I logged many hours on rod hockey, so I may have enjoyed the first part better than others will. And with a nice reference to Cornell in his College Hockey for Dummies Guide. (Bertagna left behind the ECAC for HE, but I've always appreciated his continued effort to remember and cast the ECAC in a kind light.)
The No. 9 discussion (in point #10) would mean that Paul Varteressian is the best player on the team :-P
