I'm posting this here (https://cornellbigred.com/news/2026/4/15/baseball-athletics-launches-big-red-exchange-to-connect-student-athletes-and-businesses-for-nil-opportunities.aspx) instead of in the Other Sports category since this is such a hot topic at the moment regarding the men's hockey team.
So nil is nothing, and that is what I expect from this marketing program.
Once you sign up and login, nothing works. No hockey players show up as available despite 4ish players being listed as available before logging in. Am I missing something?
It'd be interesting to know whether any Cornell athletes are actually getting paid under this. I suspect that, as is the case for most schools, Cornell's NIL exchange is more like a "nil exchange."
