Basically no one threw out the old paint and the dining hall is gluten free, so you can't do Rocky Horror.  How stupid.

Some bitter ass staff members seem bent on taking Risleyites down several notches. There is an odd dialectic between social progress and mindless bureaucratic clampdown.
