Typical early season uncertainty helping an undeated team in the polls.  They haven't played much of anyone yet (BG, Merrimack, Niagara, AI).  But if they can beat UNH this weekend then they will certainly deserve some votes.

Maine moved from #13 to #1 in only 3 weeks. I wonder if there's ever been such a dramatic move up in the polls in the past.

I think besides there being a lot of parity in the upper part of the poll, indicative of the early season unknowns are that so many teams receive from 1-5 points, just showing that a few wins here and there can get you included.

Well, looking at the Yahoo Sports site, number 1 ranked Cornell plays W Michigan tonight.   ::screwy::
