I like it. D3 Elite 8 in 2023 and a return to the tournament in 2024. Familiarity with recruiting in a high-academic-achievement environment.

I really like that the AD was willing to find an excellent candidate with success in a lower NCAA division.

Nicki Moore's title is changing to The Meakem & Smith Director of Athletics and Physical Education Recruiting and Speedy Hiring. It wasn't long-winded enough, as in the Jennifer Robinson-Jennings and Albert Randall Jennings III and Family Senior Executive Endowed Chair of Media Influencer Studies. One that requires 2 QR codes to scan the whole thing.

To be fair, you have to give coaches more than just one year. Both basketball coaches, for example, were hired late in the recruiting/portal process. Earl, for example, didn't start having winning seasons right away.

Archer got a decade, I'm willing to give the coaches time as you point out to recruit and implement their systems.
