I was looking through some of the tributes to Mike Leach today (a complex person, for sure), and there was one post-game clip where a reporter asked him about his favorite Halloween candy. While he pontificated on that, the other part of the split screen was showing the Mississippi State football team gathering with their fans to celebrate the victory, and their band was playing their Alma Mater - which uses the same tune as "Far above Cayuga's waters". That got me wondering - how many other schools use that tune? I think I heard somewhere that N. Carolina does, and now I know that Mississippi State does, but who else?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_Above_Cayuga%27s_Waters has at leas a partial list. I've been told that it is the most-copied alma mater around, but I don't have a reference for that.

I know Lehigh does/did. My high school also used it.
Between Cornell, Michigan, and Notre Dame you've got 75% of all high schools' fight songs east of the Mississippi.

Unpopular opinion: I'd prefer to hear the New Cornell Fight Song a lot more than Davy.

Does someone else use the Give My Regards to Broadway tune as a fight song?

My high school's fight song was "On, Wisconsin!" We had a second one that was a Penn State fight song.
