Wow that was fast.  Guess Schafer knew what he wanted.  Good that Schafer got someone he knew from their playing days.

Scott was there for Schafer's first two ECAC championships.  His return to the Hills should contribute to the program's stability and help maintain its national standing.

Good move.  Thank you, Schafer!

Garrow was assistant from '95 through '99.  Therefore he must have had a hand in recruiting the recent senior class, which arrived at Cornell fall '99.

I would expect Bâby to take a run at a minor pro career for the next 2-4 years.  There's no hurry.

All that size and he was never drafted and went unsigned as an FA?  I'm a little surprised, especially in light of the success of the team.

Baby was a 1999 draft pick of the Atlanta Thrashers.  I've seen no word of his signing a contract.

According to Hockey's future, both Baby and Mark McRae are expected to be on the Thrashers' AHL team next year.  Not sure how accurate this is:

For whom it may concern, that's the Chicago Wolves... nice for Baby to be so close to home.

On that website, next to MATT McRae, it says "released?" - so does that mean he just won't be playing at all?

That article was just one person's opinion. If he is released, however, he will probably be able to sign with an ECHL team.
